I've been fortunate during my career to be at the receiving end of many questions from clients and colleagues who want direction, advice, validation, clarification, new information, trends or strategic counsel on issues related to their businesses or projects. As tempting as it might be to blurt out an answer, my first instinct has always been the same: listening to their stories and following it up with questions.

That's how I approach business. With an open mind and a need to seek understanding before seeking to be understood.


Pick My Brain

You're busy. You have a mountain of priorities on your desk and you need help with communications, marketing or digital initiatives. I can help you in the short term for a small commitment from you. If you'd like access to me for a 30 or 60-minute call, here's what you can expect:
  • A fresh look at your business through active listening, questions and the ability to see the big picture. From there we can work on an area of focus that will begin to yield meaningful results or a new direction.
  • Input to help you with an existing plan. Maybe you've hit a rut; perhaps you think your idea isn't ready for the market; or it could be that you need a gut-check on your assumptions. I can kick the tires with you.
  • Creative and strategic ideas. It's tough to stand out and it's even tougher when there are so many online platforms to choose from. I can help narrow the choices and suggest ideas that are unique and tied to your overall objectives. 
  • Advice for dealing with senior executives. I know what it's like to be on the inside of a Fortune 10 company and I worked directly with C-level and VP-level executives. They can be demanding and you need the right language to make digital speak to them. I can help.
